Instructed in our Functional Training Area – Group Exercise Studio OR on our 20,000 Square Foot Turf Sports Field / Fitness Arena (for an experience like no other!)

Don’t overwhelm yourself – JUST START WITH 6 WEEKS … 

We know how challenging it is to get started and to stay on track. Some of you have been thinking about it for years. Some have started and stopped. NOW, you can do it in chewable bites. Our 6-week group personal training programs are the stepping-stones toward a lifetime of fitness.  You will have professional personal training help to:

  • Developing a plan of expectations – based on your fitness level to start and any limitations that you may have
  • Developing a timeline to reach these expectations
  • Personal Training one or two hours per week in a group
  • Help with scheduling your workouts – fitting it all in the time you have
  • Nutritional coaching
  • E-mail support
  • Feeling comfortable in a gym setting and extending your options for exercising at home and outdoors
  • Learning how to “change it up” so as not to lose enthusiasm
