Pilates PLUS is a unifying approach to exercise combining various methods of Classical Pilates with exercise variations using props and light weights. In this class, we will be working with strength / resistance exercises and energetic muscle stretching with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. This is a complete body low-impact workout that will leave you feeling energized, strong and stretched!
