This Group Personal Training will provide body composition analysis, qualifies posture and movement assessments, functional increase in range of motion, improved cardiovascular endurance and power, boosts confidence and builds camaraderie within the group. You will receive a private meeting with Coach each session. Lastly, this will be fun, educating, help you stay motivated and you’ll leave each session feeling like a million bucks
