Yin Acita yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Yin Acita yoga is a quiet and simple practice, but not necessarily an as easy as we think! Yin Acita yoga works deeply into our body. It targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — rather than the muscles.
Yin Acita yoga is the class to choose if you want to calm the mind and stretch the body!
