A comprehensive total body workout that uses cardio and strength training exercises to improve endurance, tone and strengthen muscle groups and increase overall fitness. Circuits consist of a group of 3-6 exercises and each exercise can be modified based on desired intensity and fitness level. Equipment used can include step, hand weights, bands and stability ball. A sure calorie burning class both during and after!
