A toning and stretch class that incorporates movements and physical exercises that include Pilates, Yoga, Resistance, Toning and Relaxation to increase circulation, flexibility, strength and a feeling of serenity. Body Design focuses on breathing and building strong core muscles to strengthen and tone your entire body.
