Our PULSE Personal Training Center will help you get the results you desire!
We understand how challenging it can be to break old habits and develop new healthy ones in their place. Let our professionals help modify your usual routine for the purpose of better health and a longer, quality filled life! Even if you consider yourself fit or athletic, our Personal Training programs are a great way to ensure you stay on track and keep motivated with a variety of workouts! With our large functional training spaces and 20,000 sq. ft. Summit Sports Field / NEW Fitness Arena, you’ll be challenged in a new way every session!
Included with any gym membership is a full free hour with a PULSE Personal Trainer (Smart Start) to develop a general assessment and beginning plan of action. We also invite you to try all 6 Week Group PT programs at no cost or obligation (more information on Group PT Programs here)! Contact our club or trainer to schedule an appointment for your Smart Start and/or trial in our Group PT programs!
If you choose not to continue with our programs or private sessions, we’ve at least given you more guidance, education and training to enhance your fitness routine. Continuing on in our Small Group Personal Training programs could only cost you as little as $18 per hour (contact us for more details and to go over plans!)
PULSE Personal Training Center services are available to our members AND non-members (with no surcharge)! While a membership isn’t required to enjoy private, semi-private and group PT programs, pairing the two has it’s benefits!

My name is Carrie Baj and I started my fitness journey 7 years ago. I have been a health and fitness professional for 2 years now and found my passion in helping every person see that they are capable of. I achieved my NASM Personal Trainers certificate because I feel so strongly that every person can benefit from investing in their fitness and overall wellness. I have personally been through the common setbacks and misdirection that often occurs without proper coaching. I am here to help make the most of the time you have; to give and guide you to meeting your goals that much sooner.
