Summit Fitness is not a gym just for adults!

Within our 40,000 square foot mega gym and turf field we provide fitness, wellness and sports programs for youth through seniors. We encourage kids to exercise in our fitness center with their parents if they are 4”8” or over (safe height for the equipment use) and between the ages of 13 – 15. Ask about our memberships that include guest privileges and/or our family plans!

Youth programs are a great way to keep your children active and having fun at the same time! Bring your youth to Summit’s Sports Field (the other side to our gym!)

We’re looking for children between the ages of 6 and 11 interested in fun indoor football practices, learning, conditioning skills, and team building exercises!
